Blau is a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant located in Jávea, with more than 30 years of experience. Since our beginnings we have opted for a cuisine based on the product, Mediterranean recipes and careful preparation.
Over the years our menu has evolved, incorporating new dishes and proposals, but maintaining the same way of understanding cuisine.
